Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information.
Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping carrier delivery times.
Shipping Timeframes
After fulfillment, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination:

Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after fulfillment

These timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or other carrier-related delays.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and selected shipping option at checkout. Carrier selection is determined to ensure the most reliable and cost-effective service.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that all information is accurate to avoid delays or lost shipments. The Creative Player Foundation and Metro FC are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
Limitations & Exceptions
